The word that sums up this week is: music. I enjoyed listening to some awesome tunes and inspired to get the guitar 🎸 out after probably a year 😳. Felt really up and down this week, especially with awkward logistics stressing me out: but I managed to skip out on a meeting and sit down to think about the areas I should be focusing on. Not much has changed but I felt some clarity coming my way.
I write a lot about work lol—it’s been a really stretching 12 months or so (and will continue till around May 😭).
A top moment for me was seeing my little nephew. Something I’m looking forward to next week is reading my novel 📖. Escapism!

🧠 Understanding: How much better I felt this week having spent some time rationalising my calendar to give me a few focus periods, and thinking through focus areas.
🧶 Creating & cultivating: Guitar again; a maj7 drew me in!
📺 Consuming: Music 🎶. Too much ice cream, fire wood 🪵
🔆 Connecting: Book club again: an awesome pint with a friend, two of my siblings to visit and enjoy the fire on Sunday
✒️ Pen & ink combo: FP Nibs Ronda (stub) with 🟥 Diamine Merlot.
